This project site is in Milton, West Virginia for R & J Development.  The existing site has some asphalt paving, a concrete curb and sidewalk, storm drainage, and a waterline that have to be removed before we begin working.  The on-site portion of this project consists of grading, asphalt paving, concrete curb, an 18” storm sewer, a 15” storm sewer, a 12” storm sewer, a 6” PVC waterline, an 8” & a 6” PVC sanitary sewer, and several electrical conduit banks.  There is also a 12” bore and jack that is 75’ long.  The off-site portion of this project consists of milling 1” off of CR 13 and adding back a 1” overlay, widening CR 13 for a turning lane into the project, adding new signs, and striping.
