Hedrick Road Widening/Utility
This project consists of roadway improvements, main sanitary sewer with pump stations, and off-site water for the new Devonshire housing development. There is approximately 1,500 feet of roadway widening on Hedrick Road, including a retaining wall. Also included is the addition of a turn lane on Teays Valley Road to handle the increased amount of traffic from the housing development. The main sanitary system consists of 2,700 feet of 6” DIP force main, 2” PVC force main, 2,600 feet of 8” PVC gravity sanitary sewer, 612 feet of 8” DIP gravity sanitary sewer, 21 manholes, 2 pump stations with retaining walls, 360 feet of 6” PVC force main, 2,210 feet of 6” PVC restrained joint force main and 520 feet of 12” DIP waterline.
