The Fayette Town Center Project is a site development located in Fayette County, West Virginia. It lies adjacent to Appalachian Corridor L, Rt. 19, near the town of Fayetteville. The project covers 39 acres, along with the associated roadway access to and from Corridor L. and includes clearing, erosion control, excavation of 466,420 cubic yards of soil and rock, storm drainage, reinforced earth retaining wall, utility installation, paving, curbing, and seeding.
Drilling and shooting requirements for this project are significant because of the close proximity to an active four-lane highway. When completed, the site will be home to a Lowe’s and Wal-Mart Shopping Center.
